“Recently, I had a lot of time on my hands but I spent most of it thinking about my life journey and the icons I saw as representing a passing of time I refer to as a self-portrait. Each work tells a bit of that story, still on-going and mostly not at all what it looks like. It is what it is.”

Acclaimed Metung sculptor Daniel Jenkins works in hollow formed copper and has been making kinetic works in copper since 1986. Originally trained as a silversmith Daniel studied hollow forming in Italy and Germany in the 1970s and 1990s.
