Once a month a group of artists arrive at Bungalook Studio and there is a jostling of easels and rustling through baskets as drawing and painting equipment are prepared. The model is settled and portrait work begins.

Face to Face showcases ten individual artists study of portraiture. Some of these artists are well known to regular visitors and patrons of East Gippsland Art Gallery. Elisabeth and Jerry Williams, Adelaide MacPherson, Iris Bain, Cynthia Boyle, Penny Carruthers, Ngaere Donald, Jochen Kruse, John Griffiths and Valmai Clues. Award winning artist Dawn Stubbs will officially open the show.
