Plein Air Painting Workshop with Dawn Stubbs

This 4-hour workshop will be hosted by Dawn Stubbs, currently exhibiting in the Gallery. Dawn is an award-winning painter and is known for her highly detailed portraits taking out several prizes including the $40,000 Lester Group Prize.

The workshop will be 1 hour in the Gallery demonstration, where you will have the opportunity to learn from Dawn and view her works. You will then partake in 3 hours of Plein Air landscape painting along the Mitchell River under the guidance and direction of Dawn.

All materials will be provided by the Gallery, please bring along a pack lunch, drink bottle and smock if required, the Gallery will have easels and boards to work off however if you have your own that you prefer to work from, please feel free to bring along.
